Guide

Asking is free. You pay in credits only when you send an outreach request. 1 credit = $1.

1. Ask who is there

Sign in and describe the people you want at your event: roles, seniority, industries, countries, cities, company sizes, languages. You can also say which titles to leave out (“investors, not partnerships managers”). Asking is free, in the web chat or over MCP. The answer is a total with breakdowns; groups under 10 people are merged into "Other", and a total under 10 is shown as "<10". For 10+ people it also shows up to 25 of them: role, company, country and whether we can reach them on LinkedIn and the Web Summit app. No names or contact details — a 25-row sample shows who's there.

2. What a request costs

A request costs contacts × the multiplier for its start date, rounded up, with a minimum of 10 credits (an audience under 10 is always a flat 10 credits). The price is shown before you send.

Invitations startTierMultiplier
Start in 1–6 daysRush×2
Start in 7–13 daysStandard×1
Start in 14+ daysEarly×0.75

Example: 68 contacts starting in 14 days = 68 × 0.75 = 51 credits ($51). Every request is a minimum 10 credits.

3. Credits

Card top-ups open at launch. Until then, credits come from a coupon code: redeem it in the coupon box once you sign in.

Credits are non-refundable once a request is submitted. Delivery is best effort.

Credits pay for outreach to the contacts you chose. We write personal invitations, you approve the text, and we send them over LinkedIn and email. How many people reply or come is not guaranteed.

4. Ask from Claude or ChatGPT (MCP)

RightGuests is also a remote MCP server. Its address:

Over MCP you can size audiences for free. To send a request, follow the link in the answer: requests and payment happen on the web.
