Terms of service
Last updated 15 October 2026. These terms apply to rightguests.com, its web chat and its MCP server (the "service"), run by RightGuests.com ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
1. Who can use it
The service is for businesses only: exhibitors, sponsors, organisers and other professionals using it for their work. You must not use it as a consumer. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
2. What the service does
You describe an event audience and we show how many attendees match, as aggregates (never fewer than 10 people) and, for signed-in users, a small sample of rows without names or contact details. You can then send an outreach request: we invite the people in that audience on your behalf, through the channels we have for them, to your stand, session or event.
RightGuests is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Web Summit or any other event organiser.
3. Credits and prices
- Asking is free, within the rate limits shown in the guide.
- 1 credit = US$1. Credits are bought by card through Stripe or added with a coupon code; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars; we never see or store your card details. Taxes, if any apply, are shown at checkout. Credits are added after Stripe confirms the payment.
- An outreach request costs the audience size times a multiplier set by how soon invitations start: 2× (1–6 days), 1× (7–13 days), 0.75× (14 days or more), rounded up. An audience under 10 costs a flat 10 credits.
- The price is shown before you submit and is charged when you submit. Prices may change for future requests, never for a submitted one.
4. Refunds and delivery
Credits are non-refundable once a request is submitted. Delivery is best effort. We send the invitations with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee how many people receive, open, accept or attend, and attendee data changes as people register. Credits are never paid back in money. If we decline a request or cannot run it at all, its credits go back to your balance as unused credits for a later request.
5. Your requests and content
You are responsible for what you ask us to send: it must be truthful, lawful, relevant to the event and not misleading. We may decline, edit or stop a request that is not; a declined request's credits go back to your balance.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- try to identify, contact or profile individual attendees from answers or samples, or combine questions to do so;
- scrape, export or resell answers, samples or other data from the service;
- get around rate limits or sample caps, for example with several accounts or automated asking beyond normal use;
- attack, overload or probe the service, or send it instructions meant to make its AI misbehave.
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
7. Attendee data and privacy
We never give you attendees' names, email addresses, phone numbers or profile links. How we handle personal data, and how an attendee can opt out of samples, is in the privacy notice.
8. Your account
Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or have errors; counts are estimates from data that changes hourly. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept it. Requests already submitted keep the terms in force when they were submitted.
